Seller and product
The seller is Yusuf Young AB. Event Risk Trainer is an educational browser product that lets one purchaser practise reasoning through historical market events.
What a purchase includes
One purchase grants one person continuing access to the twelve lessons included at the time of sale and corrections to those lessons. It does not include a promise of lifetime hosting, continuous new cases, live alerts, personalised help, or future subscription material. Access is licensed to one person. Sharing, reselling, or publishing the purchase key may lead to access being revoked, but ordinary browser changes and cookie loss do not reduce the purchaser's right to restore access. There is no limit on how many times the purchaser may reopen the trainer with their own email and access code, and access can be released on any single device from the purchase page.
Education, not investment advice
The product provides generic education. It does not know your finances or objectives, recommend a transaction, select or size a position, authorise execution, predict the next crisis, or promise gains or avoided losses. Historical outcomes do not establish how a future event will unfold. You remain responsible for real decisions and professional advice where appropriate.
Price, tax, and payment
The price is set in US dollars. The checkout shows the total price and applicable tax before the order is placed, and may present the amount in your own currency. Stripe Managed Payments, presented to customers through Link, acts as merchant of record and handles payment, receipt, tax, and order administration under the terms shown at checkout.
Because there is no customer account here, a purchase is confirmed by asking the payment provider about your order each time. If you ask the payment provider to delete your purchase records, that confirmation is no longer possible and full-trainer access ends. Lesson answers already stored in your browser are unaffected.
Refunds and mandatory rights
The voluntary refund policy is described on the refund page. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before an order is created, the buyer must confirm on the product page that they have read these terms and the refund policy, that they ask for access immediately, and that they understand immediate access can end a statutory right to withdraw. The order cannot be started without that confirmation, and the 30-day refund policy applies regardless of it.
Acceptable use
Do not share, resell, publish, scrape, copy, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the content to create a competing product. You may export and retain your own answers for personal use.
Availability and changes
The seller may correct errors, improve security, replace licensed data, or retire a feature. Material reductions to purchased access will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law. Planned maintenance and provider outages may temporarily interrupt access.
Liability
The final reviewed terms will set lawful liability limits for the selling entity and launch countries. They will not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer remedies.
Governing law and contact
The seller is Yusuf Young AB, a company registered in Sweden with organisation number 559494-2541. Swedish law governs these terms. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of their own country of residence, including the right to bring a claim there, and nothing here removes a right the law does not allow to be removed.
