Your access code

No access code is saved in this browser. It is stored here only when you return from checkout on this device.

You can recover it in three ways:

• the confirmation page shown immediately after payment, which is where it is saved from;
• your payment receipt, where it appears in the order description; and
• seller support, after the order is confirmed, if the first two are gone.

Release access on this device

This signs this browser out and nothing more. Your purchase is untouched, and the same email and access code reopen the trainer here or anywhere else. Use it on a shared or borrowed computer.

Receipt, invoice, and purchase history

Stripe is the merchant of record for this sale and sends the receipt. Use Link to see your purchase history, download the receipt or invoice, and check what tax was charged.

Refund

A first purchase can be refunded within 30 days. Ask through Link payment support or seller support, with your purchase email and transaction reference — never card details. Full-trainer access normally ends within 12 hours of the refund being recorded.

Your lesson answers

Answers, confidence, review dates, and progress are stored by your browser and are not sent to us. Export them as JSON or Markdown, or delete them, from inside the trainer. A refund does not delete them, and neither does releasing access.
