The promise
Work through three lessons. If you would not decide any differently the next time something frightening happens, ask for your money back. That is the whole point of the product, and if it does not do that for you it is not worth keeping.
Voluntary policy
A first purchase may be refunded within 30 calendar days of the order, for that reason or any other. You do not have to justify it. Request it through Link payment support or through the seller support page. Include the purchase email and transaction reference, not payment-card details. The purchase page lists both routes and your receipt.
What happens after a full refund
The merchant of record returns the eligible payment to the original method under its processing timetable. After it accepts and processes a full refund, full-trainer access normally ends within 12 hours of the last successful access check. If the payment provider is temporarily unavailable, revocation can take up to 72 hours after that check. Learner answers already stored in your browser remain local until you delete them.
Mandatory rights
This policy is additional to consumer rights that apply where you live. The final checkout and terms will state any digital-content withdrawal rules and collect any legally required consent before immediate access.
Abuse, chargebacks, partial refunds, and purchases outside the voluntary period will be handled under the merchant-of-record terms and applicable law.
